For annual subscriptions:

  • We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase or the most recent renewal.
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after the 14-day period.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have extensively used the subscription services, including but not limited to downloading significant amounts of content or accessing premium features repeatedly.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Environmental Reports and E-Books

Due to the digital nature of our reports, e-books, and downloadable content, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded. However:

  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If the digital product contains significant errors, is incomplete, or does not function as described, we will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund.

2.2 Webinars and Online Events

For webinars and online events:

  • Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
  • 50% refunds are available if requested between 2-7 days before the scheduled event.
  • No refunds are provided less than 48 hours before the event.
  • If you are unable to attend a live event, you will typically receive access to a recording, and no refund will be issued in this case.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the option of either a full refund or transfer of registration to the rescheduled date.

3. Donation Refunds

Donations to GeoPoland Environmental News support our environmental journalism and research efforts. While we greatly appreciate your support:

  • One-time donations are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges, we will process a refund promptly.
  • Recurring donations can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us. No further charges will be processed after cancellation, but previous donations will not be refunded.
